*Public Participation at Board meetings will be held at the first regular meeting of each month. Members of the public wishing to address the Board concerning agenda items must sign the speaker form before the meeting begins. Members of the public wishing to address the Board concerning non-agenda items shall register their intention with the Superintendent’s Office (801-3000) no later than 12 noon on the day of the fi rst regular monthly meeting. Every attempt will be made to post meeting agendas on the district
Web site (www.swcs.us) no later than midnight on the Wednesday prior to the board meeting. Community members may contact the district prior to this time if they have a question regarding an item being on the agenda.
